Prepaing for our Thanksgiving '08 trip to Amsterdam!

We're going to Amsterdam again this year for Thanksgiving!

We leave Boston on Friday 11/21 and will be gone for 8 days. We're flying Iceland air again, which is a wonderful airline. It's a 3 hour layover in Iceland at what will be the middle of the night for us, but the kids are so used to traveling, that I'm sure they will be fine.

I'm looking for some new and interesting things to do while we're in Amsterdam and surrounding cities. We'll only be there for 8 days this time, so we'll have to follow a tight schedule.
